Job Function: Sales The role:
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:
**Sales Agent**

**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full-time | Location: Colombia |On site

How a day to day would look like in this role:

- Support in the company's document management, including legal, financial, and commercial documentation, as well as updating records and suppliers.
- Responsible for the completion, delivery, and sending of documentation required by clients and the updating of supplier information.
- Support in organizing customer databases, consolidating records in Excel, assisting in tender processes, as well as maintaining tools for task tracking.

What we need to see from you:
**Profile**

Technician in Administrative Management or related careers with at least 6 month of experiencein the role

Required skills:

- Experience and knowledge with Office 365 (outlook, word Excel)
- Experience with digital Document Management
- Costumer Service.
