ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a **Web Product Manager** at Cozymeal, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional products, improve user engagement, boost conversion rates, and manage our development processes.

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL GET TO:

- Manage the product lifecycle in whole - from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution to measurement and ongoing development
- Create and maintain detailed product specs to guide development teams.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and financial reporting to accurately measure product performance (conversion rate, customer loyalty, experience, forecasted revenue, etc.)
- Identify areas for user experience enhancement by analyzing user feedback and data.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences and implement strategies to increase user engagement on the platform.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to drive improvements.
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Own product backlog and collaborate closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a remote team.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including sprint and scrum.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
