**What You’ll Do**

You'll report to the Creative Director.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Develop and execute high-quality, persuasive copy for a range of B2B marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to create compelling campaign concepts and messaging frameworks that align with client objectives.
- Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies to inform content direction and ensure relevance.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain quality and ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior copywriters, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
- Stay current with B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our content strategy.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proven ability to think strategically, connect ideas, and create narratives that resonate with business professionals.
- Experience with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using content management systems, marketing automation tools, and collaborative platforms.
