**IT Operations Specialist.**

Want to work with the latest and greatest technology? _We’re looking for an IT Operator to join our team in Medellin and provide reliable support to end-users for complex IT systems. _The role involves coordinating and supporting end-users on hardware, software, and network-related problems, troubleshooting, training, and maintaining effective communication with customers. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues to improve and optimize resources.

**Duties**:

- Be the bridge between the latest and greatest tech and our wide range of clients.
- You’ll provide coordination and support to end-users on hardware, software, general use, questions, and network-related problems.
- Share screens, provide on-site end-user training in system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
- Use your troubleshooting skills to find and resolve issues while working closely with colleagues to share information and develop solutions.
- Your customer-focused approach will ensure you can distinguish customer needs and offer advice or recommendations, building lasting relationships along the way.

**Requirements**:

- You’ve got a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
- With excellent communication skills, you can work well with others both in English (Intermediate-Advanced) and Spanish.
- Your organizational skills mean you can be available for on-call rotation while still being a team player.
- Collaborating with team members to improve and optimize systems and resources comes naturally to you.

Pay: $3,100,000 - $3,700,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Operator: 3 years (preferred)
- Teams: 3 years (preferred)
- SharePoint: 3 years (preferred)
- System Operation: 3 years (preferred)
- Performing troubleshooting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
