**BILINGUAL JUNIOR TRAVEL DESIGNER (MICE SEGMENT)**

**Conditions**:
**Salary**: 3.500.000-3.900.000 before taxes.

**Modality**: onsite 100% (Bogotá).

**Contract**: Permanent (career planning and internal growth opportunity).

**Requeriments**:

- **Experience: 2 years in inbound tourism and MICE segment (MUST HAVE).**:

- Graduated in careers of Tourism, Administration, Hospitality, related or with replaceable experience.
- English upper B2 conversational (MUST HAVE).
- Other languages (desirable).
- **Software: Toogo (desirable).**:

- **Knowledge and skills**: Personnel management, teamwork and under pressure, problem solving, reporting, in-depth knowledge of company processes and management of **Toogo system.**

**Responsabilities**:

- Audit of suppliers, packages and updated products available for MICE segment.
- Status audit of current supplier agreements.
- Generate a new tariff for the MICE segment.
- Manage the portfolio of current and new MICE service providers, as well as generate commercial agreements.
- Generate new suppliers with signed agreements.
- Generate lines of communication and follow-up of communication with the Different areas to generate internal work objectives to meet the Departmental needs.
- Preparation of order proposals for the MICE segment from reception of the order and support in the coordination and operation of the confirmed services.
- 100% functional Toogo, promote the use of Toogo according to the process for strategic analysis.
- Commercial activities.
