PRACTICANTE DE FINANZAS

PROPÓSITO Y ALCANCE DE LA PRÁCTICA

El área financiera busca contar con un practicante analítico, con interés en indagar, alta atención al detalle y constante disposición a adaptarse a entornos nuevos. Debe ser una persona competente, cuyo desarrollo profesional vaya de la mano con asumir retos constantes a través del óptimo manejo del tiempo, y la autonomía, que caracteriza el trabajo por objetivos. Del mismo modo, se busca reclutar talentos cuyo fundamento sea el aprendizaje, y la constante intención de aprender. Las ideas nuevas, iniciativas de mejora y de cambio positivo, son también características valoradas en el área para la persona que asuma la práctica en el área financiera.

POSICIÓN DENTRO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN

Apoyo en procesos claves del área financiera, así como implementación de funciones operativas clave para gestión de todos los procesos dentro de la misma.

TAREAS CLAVE - FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS
- Gestionar la inclusión de nuevos proveedores para que hagan parte de la línea dela empresa;
- Organización de documentos y evaluación de contratos con nuevos proveedores;
- Generación de ordenes de compra a través del sistema SAP;
- Control y gestion de pagos: Obligaciones, impuestos, proveeedores;
- Seguimiento al proceso en términos de pagos a nível general dentro de la empresa;
- Control interno del proceso P2P;
- Apoyo en control y planeación financiera.

PRE-REQUISITOS
- Estudiantes de carreras deseables (no excluyente): Administración, Contabilidad, Economía, Ingeniería.
- Nível de Inglés Avanzado/Fluído.
- Nível de Portugues es un plus (no excluyente).
