The Hispanic Latin America region is a key market for BNP Paribas. Asegurar el proceso adecuado de liquidación, contabilización y pago de facturas, anticipos y legalizaciones de gastos de las entidades bajo el alcance de CIB Finance. Mantener un control riguroso sobre las cuentas administrativas de la entidad, asegurando la calidad de las bases de datos contables correspondientes y asegurar la determinación adecuada de los regímenes fiscales aplicables a la gestión de proveedores.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Asegurar el proceso de liquidación y contabilización de facturas en moneda local y moneda extranjera, anticipos y legalizaciones de gastos de las entidades bajo alcance de CIB Finance.

Asegurar el pago oportuno de las facturas de proveedores, anticipos y demás flujos de caja del proceso.

Hacer mantenimiento a la producción contable de las áreas bajo responsabilidad (todos los temas administrativos de la entidad, excluyendo la nómina y demás relacionados con beneficios a empleados), asegurando la trazabilidad y exactitud de las cuentas a su cargo, según lo definido en las políticas de control contable de Grupo BNP Paribas y las reglas locales.

Asegurar el flujo eficiente y procesamiento con calidad de la información contable relacionada con la actividad de compras, cuentas por pagar y desembolsos para pagos administrativos, excluyendo la nómina y otros pagos gestionados por Recursos Humanos.

Validar que los procesos de recepción a Payables, contabilidad y pago de facturas administrativas (de proveedores externos) se enmarcan en un ambiente de control riguroso, incluida la segregación de funciones.

Efectuar las pruebas de aceptación de usuario y dar el sign-off de primer nível sobre los cambios a sistemas de factura
