**Job Summary**
- Advise and work with leadership to manage day-to-day HR operations
- Perform full-cycle recruitment activities which include posting, sourcing, prescreening, referencing and other hiring tasks
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring manager to assess job fit
- Become system expert and the go to person for web-based applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit)
- Coordinate with universities to set up student internship and post brochures at universities
- Carry out HR planning, policies, and health & safety procedures
- Record and compile HR documentation, handling confidential employee information
- Capture and update HR processes in HR manual
- Assist with terminations, the completion of exit interviews for departing employees
- This is a remote role.
