**Graphic Designer**

**Full-time, Monday - Friday**

**Location: Remote - Colombia**

**Salary Range: Depending on Experience**

**Responsibilities**:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to test and validate design ideas and to communicate the design concepts to stakeholders.
- Design and create intuitive and engaging user interactions by using a variety of design techniques.
- Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand identity and appeal to the target audience.
- Conceptualizing: building brand elements, visual themes, and persuasive messages.
- Branding: setting the visual tone, creating unique, aesthetic elements that can translate across different media as well as the ability to create icons, logos, and vector art elements.
- Print media: With branding guidelines in mind, create catalogs, flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, promotional material, and packaging design.
- Online Media: Execute promotional banners, update our website’s content, and design web page.
- Product Development: Assist in creating new design products (many of our products are graphical products designed in-house).

**Requirements & Skills**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Bilingual (Fluent in **English and Spanish**).
- Familiar with the next Software**:Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Animate (Flash) PowerPoint, Word, **Webflow**, **Salesforce Content Marketing**.
- Layout skills.

- Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software.

- Design Thinking Training is a plus.
