**Senior Auditor | Location: Bogotá**
- As a Senior Auditor, you will work with members of the audit team across all aspects of an audit - working through sections of audit planning, scoping, assessing key risks, the design and operational assessment, and developing reporting. You will collaborate with audit team members across Group Audit. Working with the audit team, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and its risks. You will co-develop high-quality audit approaches including leveraging Data Analytics, assess IT fundamentals and leverage GenAI. And support reporting that provide key insights and influence stakeholders in Colombia.

- High Quality Audits: Support the delivery of audits to exceptional quality, on time and with impact. Leverage Data Analytics and GenAI, assess IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.
- Insightful Reporting: Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries.
- Build Strong Connections: Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Professional in public accounting and/or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience e.g. within Internal and External Audit in the Insurance Services Industry (Minimum 4 years).
- Experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations.
- Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks preferred.
- Good understanding of insurance companies processes and COSO framework.
- Experience with and good understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI)
- Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself.
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
