We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated** Junior Selection Coordinator **who will be in charge of managing the selection of external and internal personnel for the organization, ensuring control over aspects related to employee onboarding. Additionally, provide support for human talent activities related to the stages of the selection process and human talent development.
**Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Promote and implement ideas that allow the optimization of time in the different phases of the selection process.- Coordinate daily activities and updates for apprentice staff, selection assistants, and selection psychologists.- Prepare weekly schedules for the availability of interviews by the selection psychologists.- Monitor the distribution of interview loads among the selection psychologists.-
- Ensure the management of documents such as reports, psychometric tests, resumes, and other documents for hired individuals by supervising the document apprentices.- Report updates regarding permits, accidents, licenses, absenteeism, etc., of apprentice staff, selection assistants, and selection psychologists.- Execute induction and training for apprentice staff, selection assistants, and selection psychologists.- Actively participate in selection committees by structuring, documenting, and presenting them.- Manage indicators and/or reports of the selection committee process for various information analyses.- Support and carry out the personnel selection process and internal promotions.- Analyze and cross-reference the results obtained through interviews and psychometric tests.-
- Support the Occupational Health and Safety area in the prevention of occupational risks.- Propose and execute projects aimed at the objectives of the company's talent area.- Monitor the proposed indicators for the department.
- Manage the skill process through DISC and operational analysis according to customer requirements.
**What do we expect from you?**
- We're looking for someone with a background in psychology.- You should have at least three years of professional experience in selection- Professional in Psychology.- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
