**What You’ll Do**
- Find and book high-paying loads using DAT, Truckstop, and more
- Keep drivers rolling with clear instructions and smart routing
- Track shipments from pickup to drop-off, solving issues on the fly
- Stay in constant contact with drivers, brokers, and shippers
- Log every move like a pro using dispatch tools and software

**What You Bring**
- **2+ years** of U.S. freight dispatch experience
- Load board skills and negotiation know-how
- Great English communication — written and spoken
- Super organized, cool under pressure, and fast on your feet
