Role mission

Enable learners to communicate confidently in Spanish through practical, engaging instruction that connects language to real professional situations.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver live online lessons and micro-workshops.
- Diagnose learner needs and define clear objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Prepare materials, activities, and assessments aligned to those objectives.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and update learning plans accordingly.
- Integrate culture, pronunciation practice, and workplace scenarios.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency: native or near-native Spanish and strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated experience teaching adults or corporate audiences online.
- Ability to design lesson plans and measure progress against objectives.
- Comfortable using video platforms and digital learning tools.
- Organized, dependable, and learner-centered.

Preferred qualifications
- ELE certification or equivalent; experience with DELE or SIELE preparation.
- Experience building short courses or curricula for specific.
- Basic knowledge of learning management systems.
