** Position Overview**
** Requirements & Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as a technical solution architect or similar roles.- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.- Experience designing AI-driven solutions for large organizations, including enterprise-level integration.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).- Strong Client facing skills, including requirements gathering, problem analysis, commercial opportunities discovery, etc.- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI-powered automation tools, like N8N, lang Graph, etc.- Familiarity with advanced data governance, modeling, and analysis techniques. Proficient with ETL, ELT processing systems- Prior experience mentoring teams or junior engineers.- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and upselling opportunities.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
** Nice to have skills**- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering technical presentations to executives and technical teams.- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
