**About the Role**:
As a Corporate Lawyer, you’ll be an integral part of our Corporate Operations team, providing ongoing support to the Business Development team. You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing challenges, and enhancing overall satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate as a key member of the Business Development team.
- Prepare service proposals for standard legal services contracts across LATAM.
- Stay updated with industry news, regulations, and market dynamics in Latin America.
- Manage Hubspot/CRM to track templates, proposals, and client status.
- Assist the Account Management team in preparing contractual annexes.
- Participate in daily meetings to improve systems and templates.
- Maintain and update price sheets for each country.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and providers in LATAM & the Caribbean.
- Draft documents required for client onboarding and the local team in each country.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law.
- Eager to learn and excellent organizational skills.
