Senior Manual Tester

**Responsibilities**:

- Select the appropriate testing approach.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with all parties involved in product, system, or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify improvements in requirements, design, or specification processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
- Analyze and report on test activities, results, issues, and risks, including the work of others.
- Be proficient in software testing.
- Be familiar with test management techniques.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training workshops to transfer expertise and best practices within the testing team and across the organization.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as a Manual Tester.
- API testing experience with Postman, Bruno, or other tools.
- Excellent understanding of testing principles, methods, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methods & frameworks, preferably in a web, mobile, and backend environment, with a proven track record of success in this area.
- Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, xRay, Azure DevOps Server, Rally, Zephyr, etc.
- Proficient in collecting test metrics, analyzing test execution results, and creating comprehensive automation summary reports.
- Experience in designing and implementing Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Approaches.
- Expertise in functional, integration, smoke, and stress testing.
- Experience in testing web services.
- Ability to meet deadlines and objectives without constant supervision.
- Desirable: ISTQB Certification or other relevant certifications.
