**What you will do**

Position title: Program Manager & Business Analyst - SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary, 6 months up to 2 years

Expected start date: January 2026

This hybrid role blends the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. You will work at the intersection of Strategy, Transformation, and Revenue Operations to support mission critical initiatives across the SAP Americas organization. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment while contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management

- Support and lead strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives across regional teams
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met
- Track progress, manage documentation, and support knowledge-sharing across stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Transformation and Operations, Customer Success, Finance

Business Analysis & Reporting

- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Analyze, structure, and visualize data to identify trends and insights for an executive audience

Stakeholder Engagement

- Communicate effectively with global teams and senior leadership
- Gather feedback, align stakeholders, and ensure transparency in project execution
- Support internal communications through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

**What You Bring**

Education and Experience:

- Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Prior experience or coursework in project management, business operations, finance, or marketing

Requirements and Competencies:

- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP SAC Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong initiative, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to team success
