**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join Drive the Future internship program in **Colombia**if you are a student in your last years of University or recently graduated. This is a**full-time** intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity the **Market Sales**team is looking a new intern.

As a Market Sales Intern you will have the opportunity you will play a pivotal role in structuring, pricing, and executing customized financial products. You will foster strong relationships with Financial Institutions and Corporate Clients in Central America and the Caribean, dealing with products such as Government Bonds, FX spots, Derivatives, and Financing products. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Trading, Research, and other functions to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will also have the chance to generate trade ideas, provide market commentary, and expand the product offerings for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage coverage responsibilities for Institutional and Corporate clients in Central America and the Caribean, focusing on flow and structured products.
- Identify, structure, price, and execute tailor-made hedging and financing solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Banking, and other marketers to enhance the firm’s presence and relationships with customers and prospects.
- Proactively generate trade ideas and market commentary to differentiate yourself and the business from competitors.
- Expand the product offerings for clients, with a focus on alternative credit (infrastructure, receivables, illiquids, financing).
- Maintain a strong understanding of Controls and Compliance rules, operating with a high level of integrity.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Students of Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economy
- Advanced English level
- Full-time availability
