**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Holds end-to-end accountability for coordination of project needs with procurement from the sales phase to execution, incl. scope split and make-or-buy decision
- Aligns sourcing plan and manages communication with project management, engineering and project planning
- Coordinates category specific scope within the projects with the category managers and the buyers
- Coordinates the regional scope with strategic buyer in the region
- Coordinates sourcing plan based on the agreed scope split with Strategic Buyers
- Manages the overall timeline regarding manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of all elements of the scope
- Focuses on cost efficiency implementation across project tasks
- Is accountable for project procurement performance objectives/targets
- Reports project KPI regularly
- Strives for automation and digitalization practices and tool improvement
- Ensures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution
- Ensures compliance with procurement process, policies and other statutory requirements within category
- Accountable for agreed KPIs and their reporting
- Partners with other divisions and department to secure early involvement of Procurement

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Experience in procurement processes and project procurement (DIRECT)
- Know-how of international contract management
- Cost analysis and management
- Cultural Awareness
- Project management experience
- Experience in developing procurement plans and managing their execution
- Work experience in complex organizations
- Negotiation experience
- S2P-Systems (SAP ARIBA, CP, MRP) and Project Management-Tools
- University, bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Economics
- Project Management education a plus
- English (fluent)
- Ability to network and build relationships
- Internal stakeholder /supplier relationship management
- Ability to translate business requirements into RFx
- Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes
