As Senior Specialists Consultant, you will support our Business Analytics and Insights projects by:

- Working on different types of deliverables using technologies like Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, and SQL.
- Connecting with team members, key stakeholders at Nextant and Nextant’s clients as needed to ensure project excellence while driving development of specialized deliverables. Be an active team member and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
- Making autonomous analysis that anticipates needs and provides valuable insights that innovate, build, and execute well-managed solutions that are critical to our business.
- Connecting and reporting to Nextant Manager, Nextant Project Manager, and client representatives through written and oral communications, including presentations and other materials, to help translate the value of our solutions to our clients.
- Driving timely process implementation and improvements in conjunction with Nextant’s consulting teams to help ensure strong collaboration.
- Driving fulfillment of project goals by supporting specialized deliverables, helping drive status of solutions, and providing reporting updates.

Specialized Senior Consultant will report to Solutions Area Lead.

- Present deliverable progress and conduct demos in front of small client audiences

- Build complex specialized deliverables in alignment with Nextant Quality Standards across the following capabilities: Data Modeling, Business Story Telling, Data Integration, Data Validation and Power BI Development
- Produce and maintain specialized deliverable documentation that is both internal and client-facing
- Quickly adapt to changing needs, and manage and meet deadlines
- Evaluate workstreams and propose improvements following a team-based approach that anticipates needs and meet quality standards

**ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**

Professional in areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related careers.

**PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Intermediate or advanced in one or more of the following technologies: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dataverse, Power BI and SQL
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Data Modeling
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving approach
- Adaptable individual who can create structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

**WORK EXPERIENCE**

5+ years of work experience

**LANGUAGES**

100% English language proficiency (professional writing, reading, and speaking).

**OTHER CHARACTERISTICS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Affinity with the technology industry
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Person should be located in Bogota, Colombia or in the United States (WA, TX or FL)
