We're looking for talented, passionate people with an AI-first mindset to join us on our journey. **You and Us** We are more than 400 Uberallers, with more than 50 different nationalities in over 30 countries, who live and breathe our core values: GROW TOGETHER \uD83C\uDF35 DEMONSTRATE PASSION & PERFORMANCE ️ BE BOLD & DRIVE CHANGE ✊ BE CUSTOMER OBSESSED \uD83D\uDE80 **About the Role** **Your Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to transform concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices in frontend development. - Troubleshoot, debug and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience. - Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with our microservices architecture. - Actively participate in code reviews, offering and receiving feedback to improve code quality. - Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. - You will champion the growth of junior engineers by providing dedicated mentorship, fostering a supportive learning environment, and actively guiding their technical development through code reviews and pairing sessions. **Your Profile**: - 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with strong proficiency in React. - Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. - Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git). - Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in a Scrum team. - Nice-to-have: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). - Nice-to-have: Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG). - Nice-to-have: Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques. - Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. **What We Offer** **A Mission with Meaning and Purpose**: At Uberall, we foster genuine connections between local businesses and people.
