- associate degree in supply chain management or business administration from an accredited
institution.
- Minimum 10 years logistics experience or ten years related experience in the U.S. military within the logistics field; minimum five years of experience in aviation logistics.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising personnel in the logistics field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), GSA, and/or federal and commercial procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of End Use Monitoring policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with U.S. military drawdown and demilitarization processes.
- Knowledge of automated Microsoft office and Logistics automated systems.
- Knowledge of U.S. FAA and U.S. military safety and logistics standards and procedures required; knowledge of Colombian standards and procedures preferred.
- Minimum English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3, if not a native speaker. Strong English writing skills required. Minimum Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/2.
