**About the role**
We are looking for senior analysts to join our growing Revenue Analytics team and develop world-class revenue insights for our GTM leadership teams. As a senior analyst on the Revenue Analytics team, you will be critical to continually improving the lens through which our global sales leaders view their business.
You will report to our Associate Director of Revenue Operations.
**What you'll do at Deel**
- Formulate, analyze and present critical data insights for audiences that span from field sales to senior GTM leadership
- Develop and recommend ways to streamline operations and processes by building key analyses and reports to enable faster decision-making
- Standardize and implement best practices to drive global and functional alignment across our GTM organization
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing large scale initiatives that drive revenue
**Key Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a analytics or operations function with a hyper-growth startup, tech company, or consulting firm
- Data proficiency in Excel, SQL, Salesforce and Visualization Tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
- Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution that deliver outsized impact
- Outstanding modeling and presentation skills and demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
- Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
- Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment
