Digital Project Manager for E-commerce Website Projects

We need a Full-time Digital Project Manager with Shopify store experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of eCommerce sites for our clients.

**Job can be performed virtually.**

**Tasks include**:

- Leading and managing the design, development, and optimization of Shopify and BigCommerce stores.
- Organizing new Shopify projects in our PM system, Google Drive, etc.
- Coordinating images, products, and copy from clients for our design/dev team.
- **IMPORTANT**: Overseeing multiple eCommerce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication between clients and the internal team.
- Advocating for clients, pushing for excellence, and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Creating and managing project timelines, task backlogs, and sprint planning.
- Tracking budgets and financials, avoiding scope creep and inefficiencies.
- Allocating resources for current and upcoming projects to ensure optimal performance.

**Bonus**:

- Must be fluent in English
- Experience working with Shopify
- Can use project management tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.
- Available on Slack

**Requirements**:

- **EXTREME** level of organization and detail. This is the number 1 requirement. All else can be taught.
- Our biggest weakness is clear organization and time/schedule maintenance. I need someone who sleeps, eats, and breathes organization, time management, systems, and clear tasks.
- 2-5 years of relevant project management experience with a focus on e-commerce and website design.
- Proven experience managing Shopify and Shopify Plus projects.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with remote teams of designers and developers.
- Preferred experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and digital agency environments.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices and trends.
