**What success looks like in this role**:
- Solucionar incidentes tecnológicos en mesa de ayuda a través de soporte técnico remoto.
- Brindar soporte técnico remoto (telefónico, web, chat y correo) a usuarios finales de la mesa de ayuda.
- Resolver inquietudes sobre instalación, operación, configuración, personalización y uso de productos asignados.
- Aplicar técnicas básicas de diagnóstico para identificar problemas, investigar causas y recomendar soluciones para corregir fallas comunes.
- Escalar incidentes a otros grupos de soporte y potenciales eventos masivos.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
Presencial 100% en Bogotá o Rionegro
Turnos rotativos
Inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Técnico o Tecnólogo de Sistemas o afines, ó estar cursando a partir del VI semestre de pregrado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telemática o afines
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en soporte técnico remoto y customer service
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento de software y hardware, sistemas operativos Microsoft y Office.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Actitud de servicio
- Buen nível de análisis
- Gestión de tickets.
