**What will you do?**
Ensures effective team dynamics and continuous value delivery for strategic digital initiatives. Through coaching and mentoring, they foster collaboration, self-management, and continuous improvement, while guiding teams in agile practices and production readiness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote agile principles and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and provide training to ensure clear evidence of team outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, managing risks and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Release Manager to ensure readiness: environments, QA, approvals, compliance, and SDLC.
- Identify and resolve dependencies and risks, escalating structural impediments.
- Provide visibility into team status, deliverables, risks, and support needs.
- Ensure traceability using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Track and share agile metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, predictability).
- Facilitate product and strategy creation using the WoW process and user story mapping with Product Managers.
- Develop integrated delivery strategies with timelines, action plans, dependencies, and risk management.

**What do you need?**
- ** Professional degree** in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (not restrictive).
- ** 3 to 5 years of experience** in roles such as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager, facilitating agile events and guiding practices for multidisciplinary teams and management (e.g., UX, Marketing, Analytics).
- Skilled facilitator and conciliatory leader in workplace conflicts, with assertive communication.
- Experience in **Discovery**, facilitating inceptions and design thinking processes.
- Experience in **Delivery**, organizing and managing production deployment steps for initiatives.
- Knowledge of **Agile frameworks** (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), flow metrics, continuous improvement, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), validation processes, QA, and production deployment.
- Proficient in **Jira, Confluence, Mural, Power BI, Excel**.
- ** Certifications in Agile methodologies** (e.g., SAFe®, Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- ** Intermediate English level**.
