**Who we are looking for**:
A Training Officer to design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning and training interventions which support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.

Reporting directly to a Senior Training Officer, the role of Training Officer is to deliver high quality classroom and virtual training sessions, creating bespoke e-learning content, whilst continuously reviewing and updating materials to ensure they are in line with business requirements.

Successful applicants will be highly motivated, positive, have excellent written and verbal communication and be passionate about wanting to develop others.

Full training will be supplied on all aspects of the role, providing you with all of the knowledge you require to become a valuable part of the team. Continuous professional development is also supported and encouraged.

The position is full time and is based at our offices in Bogota, you will be working 40 hours a week (typically Monday - Friday). However, an element of flexibility may be required depending on business needs.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.- Creative and innovative thinking.- Desire to develop others.- Excellent interpersonal skills including the confidence to converse with departmental and senior management.- Ability to motivate self and others.- Experience in developing training programs or material is advantageous.- Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.- Bachelors degree or similar discipline is required.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Designing new learning and training interventions, producing materials in accordance with the needs of the department and all stakeholders.- Delivering effective training modules and presenting briefing sessions in line with industry regulations.- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials.- Making recommendations for change to key stakeholders.- Representing the Training department and acting as a point of liaison for dedicated departments.- Willing to travel to our overseas office locations for short periods of time.**Want to become part of the team?**:
