**Resumen del puesto vacante**:
El técnico de sistemas se encargará de permitir el buen funcionamiento de las plataformas y herramientas técnicas. Debe estar cualificado y tener experiência en la gestión de datos y soporte técnico.
- Debe hablar inglés B2.
- Tener experiência en soporte informático.
- Proporcionar soporte de primer nível y solucionar problemas con hardware, software y comunicaciones.
- Comunicación interpersonal efectiva con los empleados.
- Asistir con la implementación de proyectos tecnológicos de moderado impacto.
- Resolución efectiva y oportuna de novedades en materia de tecnología.
**Cualificaciones**:
- Estudios en ingeniería de sistemas o afines, estudios en ciberseguridad deseables.
- Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo, las prioridades y las tareas.
- Habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con usuarios y miembros del equipo.
- Capacidad para analizar y solucionar problemas técnicos de forma independiente.
- Conocimientos avanzados de redes TCP/IP, subredes, VLANS, NGFW, hardware informático y periféricos.
- Capacidad para solucionar problemas técnicos de forma remota.
- Experiência en la plataforma Filevine es un plus.
**Must Have**:
- Nível de inglés conversacional B2 o superior.
- Servicio al cliente profesional.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad de trabajar con supervisión mínima.
- Atención al detalle y organización.
- Educación mínima: Profesional.
- Capacidad para estar periodos prolongados sentados en escritorio y trabajando en computador.
**Nice To Have**:
- Excelente manejo del tiempo y habilidad multitarea priorizando el trabajo.
- Habilidades de Colaboración: Mente analítica, iniciativa, orientación del equipo, Comunicación clara.
