GM Financials’ Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a high impact rotational program that will provide a diverse group of individuals with hands on experience in the markets where our business operates.

We’re looking for forward thinking professionals who have a passion for learning, are willing to take initiative, adapt in a fast-paced international work environment and are committed to integrity, excellence, and teamwork.

Our employees are critical to both the current and future success of our organization. At the end of the program, we will assess your development over the 12-month period and take into consideration your strengths and aspirations and match it with the company’s business need for your next role.

This program provides participants with:

- Two rotations averaging six months in length over a course of 12 months.
- Rotations will be in various departments across our organization in operations and global functions that can include but are not limited to: Finance, Customer Experience, Risk, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Collections, Customer Service, Retail and Wholesale Operations
- Participation in developmental modules through the course of the program that focus on personal and self-development and industry and organizational knowledge.
- Challenging work assignments that support strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and objectives.
- Dedicated program manager, experienced rotational managers, and knowledgeable mentors.
- Bachelor or Enginering degree completed.
- Language requirements:

- Full fluency in English required.
- Additional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin preferred.
- Must meet local employment eligibility requirements.
- If outside of the city where the office is located, must have availability to relocate.
- Hybrid Work requires employees to work between 2 and 3 days at the office. (According to what is defined in each country).
- Global experience such as a study abroad program or work experience in an international setting is preferred.
- Evidence of extra-curricular activities that demonstrate leadership, drive and excellent interpersonal skills is desired.
- Flexibility to move between different rotations.
- Availability to travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
