Informes Mensuales / Trimestrales A La Gerencia Superior Sobre El Rendimiento De A/R, Cierre De Mes, Rotación De Cartera/ Dso, Provisión De Cuentas Incobrables, E Informes A Solicitud. - Ayuda En El Cumplimiento De Los Requisitos De Controles Internos. - Preparar Documentación Del Proceso, Realizar Pruebas De Controles; Ayudar Con La Implementación De Nuevos Sistemas O Procesos Financieros. - Preparar Varios Informes Financieros Internos Mensuales Para Su Presentación Al Líder Financiero. - Preparar Las Conciliaciones De Las Cuentas Del Balance General De Las Cuentas Del Balance General Y Del Balance General Mensualmente. - Gestionar Las Solicitudes/Consultas Verbales Y/O Escritas De Los Clientes De Manera Eficiente - Administrar Las Solicitudes Diarias De Los Clientes, Todos Los Problemas Relacionados Con El Servicio Mediante La Resolución De Problemas Para Minimizar Las Escaladas De Los Clientes - Gestionar Y Atender Las Necesidades De Nuestros Clientes Y Resolver Las Consultas En El Plazo Establecido Por El Departamento - Interactuar Con El Cliente, Operaciones De Sucursales Y Otros Socios De Brinks Cuando Sea Necesario Para Procesar De Manera Efectiva Todas Las Solicitudes - Capacidad Para Prosperar En Un Entorno De Trabajo Acelerado - Seguir Las Instrucciones De Trabajo Estándar Utilizando Las Mejores Prácticas Durante Todo El Ciclo De Vida Del Cliente, Desde La Recopilación Inicial De Datos Hasta La Resolución. - Participe Activamente En Reuniones De Equipo Y Brinde Comentarios Sobre La Mejora Continua Del Proceso - Otras Funciones Que Considere Necesarias El Gerente Senior De Otc, El Gerente De Customer Support And Operations O El Supervisor De Otc - Realice Otras Tareas Según Lo Asignado O Necesario.
