**The Position**:
We're looking to hire a Business Analyst with a strong Product Owner experience. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience as a Product Owner.
- Advanced English is required
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and close collaboration with development teams to iteratively deliver high-quality products.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and identify new product opportunities.
- A four-year college degree is required
- Experience using a ticketing system such as Jira
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Forensic attention to detail
