**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and ensure timely submission of records.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business materials.
- Conduct online research to gather data, compile reports, and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
- Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are stored and easily accessible.
- Perform additional administrative duties to support overall business operations as assigned.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or department.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, tasks, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate team schedules and provide reminders to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Schedule and manage virtual meetings, including sending invites, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
- Help create and edit content for newsletters, marketing materials, or social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A minimum of 100mbps download & upload internet speed is required and the ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
