We're looking for someone who will be **responsible for supporting the recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, structuring practical and flexible processes and using effective tools to attract the best talent with the proper technical and cultural fit through a strong willingness, enthusiasm, flexibility, and eager-to-learn approach.** **Soft skills**: 1. Interpersonal Skills. 2. Communication skills (Verbal and non-verbal) 3. Analytical thinking skills 4. Adaptability and flexibility 5. Self-time management and organizational skills

**You'll Need**:

- **2+ years of experience** in similar Recruiting/selection roles.
- **English Level**: B2-C1 (Written and spoken).
- Preferred: Degree in Psychology.
- **Experience recruiting IT profiles (web and mobile development, design and data)**
- Understanding of the **recruitment life cycle.**:

- Experience defining and gathering the right job/profile requirements.
- Experience **scheduling and doing online or in-person interviews.**:

- Experience doing **background checks and references**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, google drive and google Sheets.**:

- Bonus: ATS or Recruiting management tools, Understanding of agile Methodologies and project management tools like Click Up or Trello.

Pay: $3,000,000 - $4,500,000 per month
