**The Position**
- To plan, organize, direct, develop and implement the Occupational Safety and Health management system (OSHMS).
- To keep the HR department, high management informed about the performance and results of OSHM.
- Promote the participation of all members of the company in OSHMS implementation.
- Lead the investigation of incidents, occupational accidents, and labor diseases with the research team.
- Coordinate and update employee performance in terms of health status evaluations, analysis of statistics and monitoring results.
- Perform Epidemiological monitoring system (EMS) as required according to the prioritized risks.
- Elaborate the annual work and training plan carrying out all the defined activities by achieving the established indicators.
- Support the company's lawyer in the identification, updating and establishment of the plan to comply with the legal requirements applicable to the company.
- Support the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work, the Coexistence Committee, and the brigade to achieve the proper functioning of these.
- Follow up and execute the corrective, preventive and improvement actions derived from different activities.
- Prepare reports required by management, administrative entities, or the Occupational Risk Management (ARL) on the performance of OSHMS and related issues.
- Maintain the hazard and risk identification matrix up to date jointly with employees.
- Attend the ARL visits and surveillance entities for reviewing of Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated professional in Occupational Safety and Health, with valid license.
- 2+ years of experience in OSHM.
- Management system is a plus.
- Excellent skills at planning.
- Multitasking - effectiveness.
- Assertive Communications skills.
- Leadership.
- Achievement oriented.
- Knowledge in legislation on occupational health and safety matters according to Colombia´s legal compliance.
- Basic knowledge in management system and auditory.
- Intermediate (B1) English level.
