What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a resilient, scalable and secure cloud environment to support the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Help architect and implement NAB’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to support our users and customers.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code to automate and ensure consistency, efficiency, and security throughout the environment.
- Ensure the environment adheres to organizational and industry security requirements.
- Work closely and support the DevOps teams to build and maintain their systems.
- Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Education and Experience (required):

- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, engineering or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Extensive experience implementing, maintaining and securing Linux based systems (Ubuntu and RHEL preferred).
- Extensive experience using Terraform and Ansible.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (preferred):

- Amazon AWS certified
- Experience maintaining a PCI Digital Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant environment
- Experience implementing multi-cloud solutions
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Scripting: Perl, Python, Bash
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Subversion, and Git
