- PROJECT DETAILS_
- This is an internal project (4 months with possible prolongation) to create Power BI Reports.

- RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports - Create comprehensive visualizations for geotechnical operations, project tracking, and performance metrics.
Write advanced DAX expressions - Build complex calculations, KPIs, and custom measures for business intelligence and data analysis.
Design and optimize data models - Implement ETL processes, integrate multiple data sources, and ensure data accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders - Work with engineering teams, users, and customers across global locations to deliver actionable insights.
- SKILLS_
- 4+ years Power BI development experience - expert Power BI Desktop, Service, interactive dashboards, reports.
- Advanced DAX proficiency - Complex calculations, KPIs, time intelligence functions, and performance optimization.
- Data modeling expertise - Star/snowflake schema design, relationships, and model optimization for scalability.
- ETL & data integration - Power Query M language, connecting multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
- SQL skills - Intermediate to advanced querying, data extraction, and database knowledge.
- Business intelligence experience - 4+ years translating business requirements into technical dashboards and visualizations.
- Stakeholder collaboration - Strong communication skills, experience presenting to leadership and training end-users.
- Cloud & automation knowledge - Azure ecosystem, automated refresh processes, and deployment best practices.
- Construction/engineering industry familiarity - Understanding of project metrics, safety reporting, and operational KPIs (preferred).
- Global team experience - Remote collaboration across time zones, agile methodology, and rapid delivery capabilities.
