**Job Description**:
**Role Description - Engagement Intern**

The Engagement Intern actively supports the design, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall motivation. This role is key in promoting a positive, inclusive, and value-driven work environment.

Main responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the planning and logistics of internal events (celebrations, campaigns, team-building activities, etc.).
- Supporting the execution of employee engagement and wellness surveys, as well as basic data analysis.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas for new engagement initiatives.
- Providing operational and administrative support to the team on daily tasks.

This role requires proactivity, creativity, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. It's a great opportunity for students in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
