Now, we’re looking for a **passionate and creative Graphic Designer** to help bring our brand to life across digital channels, product launches, and beyond.

Design isn’t just how things look—it’s how they work and feel. As our **Graphic Designer**, you'll play a central role in shaping how we present ourselves to the world. You’ll partner with our marketing and business development teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories and scalable creative assets.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving brand, work across a variety of mediums, and explore new skills in motion and 3D design—all while collaborating with an agile, mission-driven team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with the **VP of Marketing**, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring marketing and brand initiatives to life
- Design engaging creative assets for product launches, internal events, social media, presentations, and more
- Support visual storytelling through custom **illustrations**, infographics, and graphics
- Translate strategic direction into visually appealing, brand-consistent designs
- Balance multiple projects while staying organized, detail-oriented, and on deadline
- Help develop and evolve creative concepts, visuals, and identity assets that grow our brand
- Expand your skills in **motion design** and explore **3D techniques** for modern storytelling
- Contribute to building a world-class brand in a fast-paced fintech startup environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Exceptional **creativity**, attention to detail, and an eye for high-impact visual storytelling
- A strong, versatile **portfolio** showcasing your work across multiple design formats and styles
- **5+ years** of combined academic and professional design experience
- Mastery of tools like **Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop**, and **Figma**:

- Experience with **Canva** for scalable team-friendly design work
- Interest in and/or experience with **motion design** (After Effects) and **3D software** (Cinema 4D, Blender)
- Working knowledge of **Webflow**, **WordPress**, and **HubSpot**:

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
- **Curiosity and ambition**—you love learning, experimenting, and trying new creative techniques
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset
- A **self-starter** mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and ownership over the design function

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a **SaaS or fintech** environment
- Experience working with **AI design tools and systems**:

- Familiarity with **CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript**:

- Comfort with **video editing software**
