**Operations & Growth Assistant (Path to Territory Manager)**:

**About the Role**

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, resourceful **Operations & Growth Assistant** who wants to grow into a **Territory Manager** position over time. This is not just an admin role, it’s a launchpad for someone with strong communication, organizational, and digital skills to grow.

You’ll support the day-to-day execution of key operational tasks, from hiring and payroll to customer recognition and newsletters, and play a direct role in helping the team modernize its systems with **AI and process automation**.

This role is ideal for someone who already has at least **1 year of experience** in an admin, operations, or HR-related role and who can work independently with professionalism.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage hiring dashboards (Indeed), and track applicants, and schedule interviews
- Prepare and send **offer letters** and **coach contracts**:

- Collect and organize **coach payroll** hours for processing
- Assist with scheduling and communications across multiple territories
- Lead **Coach & Student Recognition** efforts (e.g., “Coach of the Month,” shoutouts)
- Plan and distribute **monthly newsletters** to highlight community wins
- Organize and send **yearly surveys** to students and coaches (via Google Forms or Typeform)
- Support coordination with our **graphic design team** (briefs, timelines, approvals)
- Help streamline our **internal systems and trackers**:

- Participate in special projects for the **Territory Manager** team
- Assist in identifying opportunities to **improve operations through AI and automation**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent English** (written and spoken) — C1+ or above
- **At least 1 year of relevant admin/ops/HR experience**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and task follow-through
- **Proactive mindset** — sees what needs to be done and makes it happen
- Experience with **Google Drive**, **spreadsheets**, and online tools
- A team player who wants to **grow into a leadership role** over time
- Comfortable working **independently in a remote setting**

**Bonus If You Have**
- Interest in youth sports, community building, or customer service
- Familiarity with **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
- Experience in small business or startup environments
- Canva or basic design/branding skills
