Role Responsibilities:

- Work on the region’s pricing strategy with the leadership team.
- Create frameworks to improve decision-making.
- Analyze data to understand user behavior, generating actionable insights.
- Develop a methodology to optimize pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with different areas like operations, marketing, product, and growth.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degrees)
- 1-3 years of experience in consultancy, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, business improvement, business intelligence, and other related fields
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Great at communication and stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional projects across countries
- Ability to learn and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality
- Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into smaller and simpler ones, and capable of explaining and communicating them clearly
- Tolerance of working in ambiguous and changing environments, great attention to detail and proactivity
- Professional proficiency level in English and Spanish
