**Job Purpose**

Portfolio Administrator will support Client Success and Sales Team with sales administration.

**In this role you’ll get to**
- Provide crucial reporting of all leads and sales opportunities
- Supporting our Revenue office with presales administration within the CRM system
- Maintaining and completing the accurate updates of all sales opportunities and leads
- Prepare and coordinate contract finalisation
- Project team booking administration and support
- Jira administration and support

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Salesforce CRM
- Jira
- Google Docs/Sheets
- Experience with commercial agreements
- Experience with Onepoint resource booking
