**Position: Jr. Tax Manager **(**100% Remote)**

**About our client**:
Currently an outsourced/Fractional CFO services business for startups and Small/Medium Businesses. They also offer Tax, Accounting and Bookkeeping services. Our client is acquiring an accounting (tax prep) firm in Los Angeles (South Bay area) and need 3-4 amazing, tech forward accountants to help with tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping and strategic finance advice. They are transforming an old school tax prep firm into a modern financial services company that offers these value added services that clients are clamoring for. **What you bring to the table**:

- 3+ years public accounting or similar financial services experience
- Demonstrated passion for helping people and willingness to learn
- On a path to becoming an Enrolled Agent / CPA

**You are**:

- Experienced with CA tax code and tax planning for small business owners
- Good at communicating and genuinely enjoy talking to people (coworkers and clients)
- Generalist tax experience OR niche Real Estate / Partnership experience, Work with Small and Medium Businesses & Startups
- Have experience at top accounting company (does NOT have to be Big 4)
- Motivated by bonus potential and profit share (for those who think like an owner and step up to more of a leadership role)
- Quickbooks Experience (required)
- SurePrep & TaxCaddy Experience (A plus)
- Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean

**Compensation**:

- $1500 USD/month + Bonus (dependent on experience and contribution to the team)
- Path to Profit Share (equity-like payout) for leaders that go above and beyond with the team, clients and better themselves.

Pay: $5,971,064 per month
