New Roads Logistics is looking for a Flatbed Dispatcher to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:

- Making outbound calls to freight brokers
- Negotiating the rate with brokers and customers
- Booking loads for a small fleet of trucks daily
- Inputting data into industry-specific software and spreadsheets
- Organizing shipping documents
- Resolving any load-related or operational issues with drivers and brokers.
- Managing a fleet of drivers: communication, providing dispatch information and instructions, solving problems if they arise.

Hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.

Fluent in ENGLISH and SPANISH
Fluency with computer, internet, spreadsheets, DAT and Truckstop
Good communication skills
People management skills
Organized, reliable, stress-resistant
EXPERIENCE IN OTR DISPATCH (FLATBED and/or Reefer)

This is a Remote position so you will be working from home. If needed we can provide you with a computer and we will also provide a US phone number and cellphone.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental Pay:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (required)
- Trucking Industry: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (required)
- English (Fluent)

Work Location: Remote

Pay: $5,000,000 - $7,000,000 per month

**Experience**:
