**What you'll do**
- Proposing, leading, and rolling out technical initiatives that align Deel’s frontend development with industry best practices for code quality, observability, and testing
- Own the Frontend build architecture, improve build performance, optimize CI/CD pipeline, boost engineering productivity
- Take ownership of FE components, make sure components are performant, small, and up-to-date.
- Design and implement new initiatives for large scale and cross org projects

- Expertise in TypeScript, React.js and the web app ecosystem
- Proficiency in creating complex and data heavy web apps
- Track record of shipping and operating large-scale web apps in production.
