**Scope of the Role**:
The Senior Recruiter will play a role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles to propel the business forward. This position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and aligns with the company’s core values and mission.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and resume screening to interviews and offer negotiation.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by promoting the company culture and values across hiring platforms.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain accurate ATS records, generate recruitment metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- A minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring, ideally in the eCommerce, retail, or apparel industries.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms).
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
- A results-driven approach with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Experience hiring for creative, technical, and operational roles is a plus.
- Prior experience working remotely is preferred.
