Semi Senior

***¿Qué formación buscamos?**:
Profesionales en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

***Tu experiência**:
️ Mínimo **4 años** como **Data Engineer** o **Analytics Engineer**.
️ Idealmente, experiência en sectores **financieros, contables o fintech**.

**️**Conocimientos técnicos clave**:
**SQL avanzado** y modelado de datos para análisis financiero.
Construcción de pipelines **ETL/ELT** con herramientas como **dbt, Dataform, Airflow** o similares.
Experiência en **Google Cloud Platform** (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage).
Dominio de **Python** para procesamiento de datos.
Conocimiento de principios **contables y financieros**.
Inglés intermedio (**B1**).

***Tus responsabilidades**:
Diseñar, construir y optimizar pipelines de datos para análisis financiero y contable.
Implementar modelos de datos para reportes, conciliaciones y auditorías.
Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de los datos con validaciones y alertas.
Automatizar reportes y dashboards sobre métricas clave: ingresos, flujo de caja, impuestos, etc.
Colaborar con Finanzas & Contabilidad para entender sus necesidades y diseñar soluciones basadas en datos.
️ Optimizar tiempos de procesamiento y almacenamiento en el Data Warehouse.
Garantizar la seguridad y gobernanza de los datos financieros.

Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos y optimizar procesos.
