Optimize and improve the performance of our ERP (Netsuite) with a problem prevention approach or problem resolve.

Roles and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Provide the support required by the stakeholders, solving the inconsistencies presented in the processes that are carried out through the ERP through the resolution of tickets in Jira
- Support in configuration activities within the ERP for assigned projects
- Analyze and identify the procedures used within the ERP to improve the effectiveness of its use

Key Requirements
- Knowledge in ERP, (Netsuite), accounting, customer service or experience providing support

Desired Requirements
- Communication, Customer service, Problem solving, Organizational skills, Resilience, Teamwork/ collaboration, Interpersonal Skills.
