As a Workforce Seating Analyst at Optum you will coordinate with multiple Optum businesses within the Colombia location. The Seating Coordinator will help deploy the seating tool & drive seat utilization across all business. For you, that means to contribute individually on driving efficiency and build forward looking plans for any new capacity creation. Should have knowledge and understanding on different Workforce functions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure reports & seating dashboards are shared in a timely manner.
- Work with Workforce leads and the facilities team to create seating capacity models based on Full Time Employees forecast shared by different businesses to propose additional capacity creation.
- Work with different functions and businesses to drive seat utilization for the location.
- Provide suggestions to enhance the Optum seating tool based on the feedback from business teams & work with Workforce leads to deploy the same in site.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience at Workforce, seating analyst/coordinator or related positions in BPO industry.
- Should have good understanding of Workforce fundamentals specially on forecasting & capacity planning.
- Hands on experience of Workforce & ACD tools like IEX (Nice), Verint, Aspect, Avaya CMS, Nortel and/or Genesys.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
