**In this role, you will**
- Responsible for translating graphic designs delivered in composition documents into standard-compliant HTML and CSS
- Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology and QA teams to ensure quality and punctual web development
- Translate graphical designs and wireframes into fully styled markup code
- Implement technical solutions following the Capability’s best practices
- Provide feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists
- Proactively provide coaching and support to other members of the in fulfilling their tasks and improving their performance and overall technical skills
- Ensure concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects as dictated by each Capability’s guidelines and best practices
- Debug or troubleshoot complex or critical issues that cannot be handled by junior positions, and provides root cause analysis

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**

**You should have**:

- Advanced English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
- At least 3 years of experience working exclusively with **Front-End technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript**)
- Capable dealing with Cross-browser and Responsive development.
- Expert knowledge of recent development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development).
- Expert knowledge on integrating front-end development with several common Back-End technologies (Phyton) and third-party platforms.
- Proficiency with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.
- Expert knowledge of Front End CSS and SCSS.
- Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object oriented, etc.) and working with several mainstream libraries and frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember, Backbone, React, VueJS, or any other).
- Capable of designing and choosing a quality assurance process for the project including guidelines for unit tests.
- Capable of writing code compliant with modern accessibility (eg. ARIA, WCAG, Microformats, ADA, RDF) and SEO guidelines and best practices.
- Capable of working with new technologies and building proof of concept prototypes.
- Capable of troubleshooting, debugging and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues.
- Capable of working with version control systems (SVN, GIT, Mercurial).
- Capable of consuming, parse and translate SOAP or REST web services.

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- Desirable: BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent strong experience as Software Development Lead in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects).
