**MISSION**:
Give to the group of our companies, Excelytics, Datalutions, Sylex, Argentina, Ukraine access to the best talent, build strong relationships and help everyone become the best they can be, create and support the entire recruitment strategy.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- **1. Human talent.**_
- Creation of the recruitment strategy.
- Monitoring the performance of workers.
- Creation of performance reports.
- Creation of recruitment progress reports.
- Strategic support in all areas of human talent.
- feedback on recruitment strategies.
- **2. Administrative.**_
- Creation of administrative processes and contact with workers.
- Support all labor documentation (Contracts, Confidentiality Agreements, Employee Documents, dismissals, Resignations...).
- Make reports to senior management on labor news.
- Labor confidentiality management.
- Inventory management and documentation.
- **3. Labor welfare.**_
- Create labor welfare processes.
- Team empowerment.
- Creation of disconnection policies and active breaks.
- Propose labor risk mitigation strategies.
- Active communication with all areas of the organization.
- Direct and constant monitoring of the work of SST personnel.
